Located at street level of the newly built 66 Chandos Street apartment block in St Leonards, this warm and sophisticated restaurant will impress even the most discerning patron and fastidious restaurateur.
After successfully delivering the newly built luxury apartment block directly above, EDT Projects was engaged to complete the full fit-out of the planned restaurant at street level. The shell was transformed into a fully functioning restaurant inclusive of reception area, cellar, bar, serving buffet, commercial kitchen and restroom facilities.
Works included timber look tiling throughout, custom joinery, mood lighting, custom commercial kitchen with full mechanical fit-out.
The restaurant is now home to Petermen, brainchild of 2-hatted and newly crowned SMH Good Food Guide 2024 Chef of the Year, Josh Niland.
